Or . . . maybe that magical, mystical thing we call music is inherently greater than the sum of its parts. A tune that makes the artist and/or the listener feel (something . . . anything) requires neither flash nor complexity

Thanks Rontana. I checked your guitar page. They look real nice. I use to live with Lousiana Red and the songs from last night had him come in for a visit. I haven't played slide in well over a year but when I picked up the slide it was Red all over it. I miss him. Rontana: Thanks. Red was like a father to me and I would fall asleep on his couch at night as he played the guitar. That was the coolest sleeps I ever had.
