The reason I posted this is because it includes Muddy Waters first and foremost.....but, others are either blues/rock musicians or artists that were heavily influenced by blues. Greats like Jimi, Janis, Sly, Otis, and Santana.

Queen was awesome. "We Will Rock You" could have descended from some one chord endless boogie blues.

I don't know much about Dylan's or U2's influences.

I know nothing about Nine Inch Nails.

I'm really proud that Muddy made the list. Whoever said there would be no Rock n Roll without the Blues was right on!
