This looks nuts, but it also looks like in might improve breathing and rhythm a lot if practiced regularly. A bit of craziness, a bit of athletic training and a bit if zen.

Has anyone here bought the book or video on breathing exercises these two master tuba players offer? You have to think if anyone would need max breathing it would be a tuba player.

This is the first time for me seeing this video but breathing exercises will improve harp playing as well as vocals and will teach you to use air more efficiently for not only better overall tone, but also better sound projection using the least amount of force necessary.

Just from taking vocal lessons alone I can attest how much it helped me but also along with the breathing exercises, relaxation exercises are equally important as well.
