This guy is amazing. I placed an order for some replacement plates Friday morning. They are now in my mail box waiting for me to get home and put them to good use. San Diego to Williamsport, PA in only a few days. Cool beans. I had the same speedy turn around a month or so back with another order. Spread the word.

Rockin Ron is great!

What amazes me is why so many folks still buy from the larger online retails..
..
Ron's prices are always about the same and you can reach him by phone, get answers to questions, lightening delivery, used by many in the business, has repair contacts, and genuinely cares about the instrument and his customers.

Ron has had the quickest turnaround time I've seen, ever.
I just got a great deal from him on a low Eb Big River- $18- and it was here 2 days later!

He once sent me a pen with his logo and even some guitar picks with his logo for my wife the guitarist! Great service from a very good guy. Hats off!

I am no longer affiliated with Ron, not doing custom work for his company.
But he delivers! And his prices are as good as anyone's.
I, by the way, am nobody's sock puppet, and anyone who says differently is itching for a fight.

I order a lot of harps from Ron. Unless there is some blow out deal on the internet, Ron has the best prices. One thing you cant buy is service and Ron has the best I have encountered in my 48 years of playing.

Indeed! Rocking Rons rocks for sure. Great service, fast delivery and competitive pricing....what more could you want.

Also I might add that if Ron doesn't have some option listed on the site for a harp that exists, just ask him and chances are he can get it. For an example: I believe the PT gazell valves are now available on any seydel harp. It isn't always listed but he can usually get them.

I don't think this is SOCK PUPPETRY although you may have just been sort of joking.

A lot of forum members have an incentive to see Rockin Ron prosper.

The nature of this business is that harmonica players will pound anyone that gives them an ear with 1,000 questions and take up enormous amounts of time on phone calls and emails.

Then, they reward the patient and information providing retailer by purchasing from Guitar Center or Amazon and letting everyone know what a good deal they got.

Rockin Ron has found a way to blend the demand for good prices with good customer service. Most of his customers have figured that out and want to let folks know. There is value in his business model.

He's certainly my biggest competitor but I'm the first to say that he's a great businessman and I want him to prosper.

Rockin Ron is good for the harmonica. It is just that simple.

I was strictly MusiciansFriend and Music123 (1 and the same) when all the music shops started going belly up. Then I banged heads with their customer service. So I went to Ron's expecting to pay a little more with better service. Turns out I didn't have to pay a little more and the service went beyond my expectations. So nice to deal with a person who has a sense of humor and knowledge of the product rather than a call center.

He seems to be on the job 24/7. I hope he vacations. I will understand and I can wait.
