I was couple Of time in situation to play on "blues jams" when guitar player started to play Hey Joe (guitar players just love that song). Band look at me every time and I say :"ok", and start noodlin in 2nd position on A harmonica. I played that song a lot Of times with different bands but every time I strugane with that song trying to follow chords on harmonica and to play a solo.
Whats your experience? Any videos, examples?

Here is a vid... Find the harmonica that fits the key and play along...at the jam - ask what key the song is in and play the correct harp and you should be fine :)

It works nicely on a "C" harp. As you run through the C - G - D - A - E chord profession think 1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th - 5th position.
