This is an original Jazz composition called Catchphrases https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jvxVWgl8nJg
This is a very Psychedelic/odd arrangement of amazing grace heavily Todd Parrott inspired with an Awolnation sample at the end. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgT53bARBC4&list=UU4HUDNJPh8O1EBfWF_xhFcg

I didn't like the jazz composition. Your playing was really good on it, but I didn't like the song. The only jazz that I like is Dixieland jazz. Amazing Grace was good and I liked it. ---------- Wisdom does not always come with old age. Sometimes old age arrives alone.

The jazz piece was a good exercise but perhaps it's my narrow mind- I like a 3rd position part on a piece like that. A bit more cerebral maybe.
Amazing Grace, very nice!
And Sarge- howdy sir, been a while! ---------- http://www.reverbnation.com/jawboneandjolene

jazz piece...pianist was not quite jazz, not quite blues in the chordal voicings and changes. Your harmonica was playing mostly blues over a not too well defined jazz accompaniment. I didn't think that it matched up too well.
Amazing Grace - nice tone. However, you should pay a bit more attention to the groove/tempo once you establish it. Keep it solid.
You fell out of it here and there a bit.
Ending was too extended. If you want to fall out of tempo and make a statement, be careful of starting this too early and extending it too long.
(That will be one penny, please. Email me offlist for my paypal account number). ---------- The Iceman

@The Iceman the pianist is classicaly trained. Never played jazz or blues before I asked him to play this. Oh and you can forget about the penny. :D
