It's the Cadillac Pete harmonica stand. Google it, they're pretty cool.

$70 for the cheapest tray?
You can't really transport the harps in the tray as there is nothing securing them. So, you need a case, too. (and not the one Pete offers as they harps are still not secured.)
I would think Slim's(?) cases are still the best option, though I dont know if the price is right.
Or...One could get a small tray that clips onto a mic stand http://www.theharmonicacompany.com/_harmonicastore/product/212-harmonica-microphone-performance-tray.asp or make your own tray.
Just my thoughts.

I am not sure if I saw this or thought it up, but...
I thought something like this would be a good start.
You might need 2 rows.
It could be secured to the mike stand with a simple piece of twine on top looped over the mic.
you could throw some cross braces across the side in a couple of places which would keep it secured to the stand, too.

Improvise! A heavy duty music stand should hold a small to medium size harp case at a good height next to you if you stand.
Personally I used to use a TV tray. I've seen other harp guys do this as well.
These days I sit while playing and either set my case on the floor or on a cool little sort of folding step stool.

A belt or bandolier can be used and eliminate the tray and case all together.

I saw musselwhite had his case on what looked like a card table. But it was his stage. I couldnt see that working on many of the tight stages I've worked on, especially when I'm not fronting.
I have a removable harp tray in my homemade briefcase. I just take out the tray and sit it down by a monitor or on top my amp.

As in all similar questions money is always a factor. You can go the whole hog Slim Custom case route which has a screw on to a mic stand option or on the other end of the scale spend nothing or next to nothing.

I simply grab a chair or a bar stool from wherever I'm at. I lay my snakeskin brief case, which contains mic, pedal, cables, harps, etc, on top of that. I take out what I need and set up. My harps are in the briefcase in a folding case from Seydel which holds 14 instruments. That simply gets opened and laid on top of the briefcase. I can put the chair/stool wherever I want it and the instruments are high enough even on a chair to be easy to get at.

I used to bring one of those small folding plastic camping tables, the ones that are about 14" square. Light and easy to carry and set up. You can get one at Wal Mart or just about anywhere for around $5 I don't even bring that anymore because there is always a chair or a stool to hand. If I had a roadie and/or money like the old days I might go for something more impressive for image sake but for just doing the job of putting your harps to hand the chair/stool/camp table works for me.

These days if I am playing a gig I have a medium hand percussion tray I clamp on my music stand. It will clamp on a mic stand, too, but will only work with a tripod base, not the round base on some mic stands. It will tip it over a stand with a round base.

For years I had a cheaper solution. I used a cheap metal folding stool from WalMart or Target, and I took off the cushion, leaving a rim that stopped gear from sliding off.

I really like Slim's cases.. I bought 3 of them a couple years ago to transport harps to SPAH 2012. Afterward, I sold 2 of them and kept one for myself.. Really a good case and it is built like it could be air dropped from a C-130...
