Grammy nominated harmonica ace Mark Hummel is back with a brand new album, The Hustle Is Really On, and he's brought blues guitar legends Little Charlie Baty, Anson Funderburgh and Kid Andersen along for the ride! Recorded in Chicago and California, the new disc contains 14 classic blues tracks, specially selected and re-imagined by this all-star line up, which also includes the stellar rhythm section of Wes Starr and R.W. Grigsby. Well loved for his Harmonica Blowout Tours, this album confirms that Mark Hummel has used a combination of natural talent and hard work to rise to his well earned position as one of the foremost Blues Harmonica Players in the world today.

Going to see him this Friday in Chicago at an event called "Harmonica Convergence II" at Old Town School Of Folk Music. The lineup will be:

Mark Hummel
Billy Boy Arnold
Joe Filisko
Corky Siegel

with a house band of Billy Flynn on guitar, RW Grigsby on bass, and Kenny "Beedy Eyes" Smith on drums. Should be a great concert.
