Nope, that's a Manji. Its got just one cover plate bolt at the front of the harp, not two like the Crossover.

You gave me a scare--Hohner has been snagging our endorsers lately.
First Ronnie Shellist, now Rob Paparozzi.
My Christmas wish is that I could give each of you a set of Manjis.
Maybe in my dreams . . .

PS I suppose it is just coincidence that the Crossover resembles the Manji . . .

I think the reason the Manji and the Crossover are so similar is that they are both attempts to modernize the Marine Band. I have a couple of each and I like them both but they have a slightly different character.

If I remember correctly the Manji came out first. I have wondered if that woke Hohner up and got them working on the Crossover.

Gnarly,
What is the difference between an Manji and a Olive.
Just the full "cool" olive cover plate??? I love my Olive!!

Billy only uses Manji harps - he is Suzuki's primary endorser for the Manji.

I'll be at his show on New Years Eve at Rosa's Lounge in Chicago, he will probably play some off the new CD. The CD release party is in January for 2 days, at Rosa's Lounge and at Buddy Guy's Legends.

Billy told me that there may be some spoken word recordings as well, but the details of his album have been really kept under wraps. Ronnie Baker Brooks is on at least one cut, maybe more.
