Hi guys. On Muddy's track - Champagne and Reefer, there is a lick that starts at 00:33. William Clarke played the same lick on one of his tracks - Evil (as the opening lick. Can anyone tell me how to play this lick (Tabs)?

Yes, that's the track I'm referring to.I've tried to play it like this - 5 blow, then 4 bend 4draw 4 bend, and then a sharp slide to 3 draw and 2 draw with a slight vibrato ... but something is missing. Please help :) I love this lick.

Try five draw instead of five blow

I meant to write 5 draw, not 5 blow. My bad. But, there is something in-between, I'm shure.

I'd say it was a subtle nuance of technique, that can't really be tabbed, an artefact of the players individual style.

Here are the tabs- first try and bend the five draw, you can't but you will get the first note of the lick. Then in your head visualize the word Twow and try and play how that sounds as you bend the 4 draw from unbent to bent. TWOW - trust me on this! Then slide over the three to the draw 2 which you play twice to end the lick- three draw two draw twice.
