Is there a source on line where I can get free sheet music?
I am looking for songs by The Beatles, Cab Calloway, Peggy Lee and Johnny Cash.

www.harptabs.com may be a first good start. It contains free user submitted tabbed out music. However no actual notes are there, just tablature, so you have to be familiar with the tune. Certainly not the end all, but a a good place to start and then you can modify as you see fit. I sometimes use it as a rough foundation to work from if I can't quite get a song completely by ear. Take note you may need to convert some of the tabs into 2nd position to make it sound right. Of course being free, you get what you pay for.

If you can wait a day or two, I can locate some links for you online. For about a year and a half, I converted sheet music to tabs for JP Allen, andfound almost everything on line for free.

BC, I have got some useful stuff from harp tabs in the past, but I think sheet music will be more useful to me when I am working on songs that are out side of the normal blues standards that I would be more comfortable playing.
ricanefan, I would appreciate any useful links to get me started.
It seems easy enough to find the first page of a score for free, just not the full song.
I like this website that has an option to play a midi file along with the sheet music.

Getting the complete score for free is not always easy. I don't use tabs at all preferring to learn by ear. I find there are plenty of resources on the internet that provide free guitar chords and lyrics to almost anything. I use the chords to build my own backing tracks in Band in a Box. Some good resources I have found are:-

Really can´t figure out why some posts never show up? I wrote down this link yesterday but no go. Anyway, this is quite a good one: http://cjam.lassecollin.se/index.html
Wikifonia appears to be permanently down; I suspect it was too much of a provocation in legal rights terms.
