sounds like a 10 hole diatonic in the key of C. Since this is a late 60's recording ,it is probably a marine band with 7 limit just intonation.( The forum search feature in the orange band on the left can lead you to previous threads that cover this song and info on nearly anything you want to know that is harp related.
