"Sittin in with the Greats" is probably my favorite for real Chicago Blues. Each song is played twice, once with vocals and once without.
There are no lead instruments and each song has two 12 or 24 Bar slots to solo. This is the only one I've found with classic CB's vocals in the jam tracks.

I recently pick'd up "Every Groove a Bluesman needs It's a two disc set made by Jimi Lee's band and it's as good as it gets!

Another great series is "The Ultimate Blues Jam", there's three in the series, real blues bands playing real CB's with the key to each song.

tooka, Sittin in with the greats is better than UBJ, better songs, vocals and openings for solos.
I owned all three UBJ first, there great but SIWTG is the closest to playing with a real band.

There are two you need: Ultimate Blues Jam, and Every Groove a Bluesman Needs to Know. You can download both at Ronnie Shellist's website Harmonica123.com.

A guy called Lawrence Fritts made a whole bunch of backing tracks some time ago. He released them 'free of use' which meant a lot of entrepreneur a-holes used their freedom to sell these. You can get them for free still on places like thepiratebay etc... Google Lawrence Fritts and see what you find! I use them on some of my YouTube such as 'we need to talk', 'mojo working' and 'brown shoes blues'

Shoblues tracks are great as well...

The Fritts tracks can be downloaded from this site as a simple zip file with all the tracks. Not a tube site as such-no software or membership needed.

We just started a new jam at Harmonicaboogie.com and the backing tracks there are pretty good IMHO, since I make them. ; ) Of course, we hope that harpers will use the tracks to participate in the jam (It's free).

if you want very professional tracks try Hal Leonard
http://www.halleonard.com/search/search.do?subsiteid=1&keywords=harmonica+blues

There are two tracks for each song, one with harp as a learning aid and a second version without harp so you can play solo. Comes with a book with tabs.

There is a Little Walter issue and several compilations
