This all reads well for these new harps.. BUT, what counts is that we PLAY harps, not read about them..

The proof is in the playing, and the more hyperbole we hear the higher the bar gets set. If it continues this way these harps are going to have to walk on water to perform at the expected level that the build-up describes.

The look and playability has been changing as the design changes so whatever few reports have come to light are not representative of whatever the production harp will be. I think they would have been better served to keep it all under wraps until there was a production model ready for sale.

Now, with all that said, I am not passing a verdict one way or the other at this time. I am waiting some user reports from consumers (not employees) as I think they should have done. I do not have the cash to experiment with a $180 harp, but depending on reports I do see at least one or two in my arsenal in the future.

ok well i took the plunge an ordered one. my question is, when its time to ship them are they gonna ask for the rest of the money, cause you only have the option to put a down payment on it.

Jason, I ordered 3 early on in large part because of your recomendation, I am optimistic the new design will live up to the good press it's received. I'll post a review when they finally arrive. Maybe a video. About the state of harmonica development in general. Nothing really changed in the last 100 years, then suddenly we have a bombardment of new models and concepts, new reed materials and now a radical new harp from Brad. Must be a lot of harmonica interest to fuel these new products. That is good news.

What's the latest on when the first batch hits? I want reviews. I want to see how this simple reed replacement system works. I want to hear it!
