This is some genuinely terrific harmonica work, 1847! Your tone is sweet and gritty and you have a solid grasp of your technique; your solo is wonderfully constructed. I like your work on the middle and high end voicings, and like the extra ooomph your lower notes provide. VERY nice playing. ---------- Ted Burke http://youtube.com/watch?v=-VPUDjK-ibQ&feature=relmfu ted-burke.com tburke4@san.rr.co,
As for me, you may go on talking... I was hesitating for the key and thought that you played in 3d position. So: when someone plays blues, the "statistical" key would be the one on 2d position hence: low F--->C. I'll keep that in mind, and thank you, 1847!
the jam is this saturday at malones in santa ana 55 freeway and dyer rd 2 pm to 6 pm sunday nite at the desert room gardena 8:00 pm very cool bar... always something in the crock pot three dollar drinks, and the bartender will light your cigarette for you. the video was an actual gig. it is amazing how many things can go wrong in a thirty minute set lol

i get a lot of request when i play my harmonica "but i play it anyway"
as a non smoker i find it reprehensible as a member of the tobacco workers union ..... well we will just have to look the other way. it is also against the law to drive faster than 65 miles an hour here in california except where posted on certain stretches of highways. 70 mph is allowed.
in denver it is against the law to drive a black car on sundays.
there are two types of people in this world, rules are rules types
and rules are meant to be broken types
you strike me as a rules are rules type. nothing inherently wrong with that. as long as all the rules are strictly followed.
here are some locals you see around town a lot it gets off to a rough start, but hang in there theses guys can groove. it sounds like a billy boy arnold song but i am not sure. ----------

I hate cigarette smoke. If there is smoking in a bar I'll leave, sure as hell won't play. That shit will kill you. I'm sorry, but none of the stuff you posted from the jam is worth dying for.
the desert room has a patio everyone goes there to smoke. always one joker, that cant conform common courtesy. not so common these days
so i talk to someone at work all the time turns out he plays drums he has a gig 10 blocks from me friday
not a place i would normally go i walk in everyone is smoking! pretty sad. great band playing soul music i stayed for two sets my clothes just reeked of cigarettes ----------
