Howdy,
I am clearing out some more of my stuff. I have a 1st edition hardcover copy of Adam's book "Mister Satan's Apprentice" that's in great condition that I am looking to sell. I also just got duplicate copies (as gifts) of Harmonica Masterclass "Basic Blues Harmonica Method" Book & CD, and DVD and also The William Clarke DVD. If you are interested in anything I can be reached at: million_dollar_handshakeAThotmail.com

Hi KK,

Just checking here--I sent you an email yesterday to tell you that I had posted payment for "Basic Blues Harmonica Method" Book & CD, and DVD--Maybe you have another one or something--I just want to be sure you know I already bought one. . .

Yo KK,

I would really like to hear some kind of response from you--I paid for a couple of items recently and have heard nothing back--what's happening??

OW,
I have replied to your emails many times. I even emailed you through PayPal. For some reason all of the emails are bouncing back (is your inbox full?). I sent out your package a few days ago, so it's on the way. Sorry about all this, but I did try hard to get a hold of you, and the book and DVD were shipped when I received payment! I didn't think to leave a post here until today, so hopefully you'll check back here and read this. Once you receive the items, will you please post (here) that you did indeed receive them, so I don't look like a con to everyone who reads this?
Thanks,
-Ryan (AKA Krippled Kiwi)

KK,

I'll have to check and see if my email is broke--I sure get my normal quota of "get a bigger unit" emails--but maybe yours are being stopped.

Anyway, thanks for the reply here--I'll look for the package and post here as soon as I get it. Sorry for any grumpiness on my part--I was starting to think I had been scammed.

I did email you again last night and it didn't seem to come back to me, so maybe you got that one? Anyway, please do post here when you get the stuff. Because of your comment, I had two people not want to deal with me. I am not blaming you, I would have gotten worried if I was in your situation, I would just want my name cleared!
Thanks,
-Ryan

I was trying to get back to you privately, but I guess your email address isn't in your profile? Anyway, it would cost $11.95 to ship to the UK. Since I was figuring in about $3 for shipping in the US, I'll take that off, so it will be an extra $8.95, which will be a total of $28.95. You can send a paypal payment to million_dollar_handshakeAThotmail.com

Hi Chris,
Few questions.
What make is the mic?
Does it have a volume?
What is the cable connector? (switchcraft XLR?)
What is the element inside?
Why are you selling it?
Main reason for the last question is I have been told that most harp players will not sell you a great mic but a good one. which one is yours?
Could I have a demo on the tube of it. I know the tube compresses the sound when you upload the vid but it will give me a chance to listen.
I have heard good things about dennis's mics.
I look forward to your reply
Regards

This is a GREAT mic. Kim Wilson wanted to buy it a few years ago. LOL

I'm selling it because I haven't used it in over six years and my finances are such that I need to sell things to make my bills etc. If I were a blues type player I'd keep it but I can't remember the last time I had the mental capacity to play a full night of blues in a smokey bar.

It works just fine as I tested it yesterday.

I was never a fan of volume control so it has an on off switch. I don't know what kind of element it has in it. Dennis put it together for me. I just told him I wanted a badass mic and he delivered.

It's in a polished Turner body. And has a 1/4" connector.

I have a brand new copy of Journeyman's Road: Modern Blues Lives from Faulkner's Mississippi to Post-9/11 New York by Adam Gussow for sale.

I already have the book so I would like to sell this one for £15 with P&P included which works out cheaper than any of the sellers of this book on amazon.co.uk.

If anyone is interested, post a message and I will get back to you. (UK buyers only please)

Also, If anyone has any books or CDs hat they want to swap for it I might be interested.

WANTED - does anyone have a DVD of Big Mama Thornton live with the Muddy Waters band? I swear I saw one at a used store and waited one day too long to purchase it. It never shows up on Amazon... Perhaps I was dreaming. I live in the U.S. Happy holidays everyone.

snakes,
Are you asking about Gunsmoke Blues DVD? Go to ebay and type in Gunsmoke Blues DVD. There are at least 10 listed. There's one there for $7.95

Big Mamma Thorton, Muddy Waters and George Smith.
I have a copy and it's excellent.

Thanks anyway I already have that one. I love that DVD. Bring it out all the time to inroduce people to Chicago type blues. I swear I saw a DVD in the used DVD store where it was just Big Mama with Muddy's band. Hmmmmm. I wonder if it was really the CD and not the DVD. That may have been it... Thanks!
