The Suzuki web site I usually go to only has two phone numbers under their warranty
header,

1-800-854-1594 or 1-619-873-2000

I didn't see anything for customer service listed.
You might try posting this on the main forum I think you would have better results.

You have posted questions here that have been answered by a Suzuki warranty/ repair tech. The latest was about whether you needed a different kind of harmonica or not.
Search the posts here for Suzuki Warranty, or Gnarly. He posts the phone number regularly.
I’m sure you can just Google Suzuki USA for an answer as well.

I missed this because I never come to this part of the forum.
KMC bought the rights to distribute Suzuki in the US, I managed to keep my position as warranty repair guy.
So call me for warranty stuff.
858-254-9389.
You can also email me at Gnarlyheman@gmail.com.
Please note that I will ask for a receipt, so you will have had to have purchased from an authorized dealer here in the US.
I just did a chromatic for a guy who bought from Japan, converted to bebop--the face of the comb was not flat sanded, but I had to charge him since he didn't buy from Rockin Ron (it was Amazon, but shipped direct from Japan).
You know the guy, but since this is a grey market issue, the names are withheld blah blah blah.
And it's worth mentioning that I work on other brands too.
I am extremely rapid and dependable.
OK, probably not that--slow and steady, how about that.
