Is there somewhere online I can listen to how each bent note is supposed to correctly sound. For example a continuous bent F# for 3 minutes or more. I tried listening to the drone sound and it didn't help at all.

I think you are saying you can't hear the pitches and you think it would help to have a harmonica play the note so you could hear the timbre.
It's kind of hard to talk in general ways about this, easier with specifics I think.
To answer your actual question; no. I don't know of anything that will get you 3 minutes of harmonica note bending. There are plenty examples of bent notes but not like you are asking about that I'm aware of.
You could use a guitar tuner to tell you about the pitch. Another thing you can do is use another harmonica.
I don't know how many harps you have or which keys.
But let's pretend you have a C harmonica and you want to hear what the 2 hole whole step bend should sound like. That's an F.
If you have an F harmonica, you can play 1 blow. That's what your 2 hole whole step bend should sound like on your C harp.
If you have a D harp, you could play 2 blow, which is an F#. That is what the 2 hole half step bend should sound like on your C harp.
If you want to hear the 3 draw half step on your C harp, to could get this in 4 blow of a Bb harp or in 2 draw of an Eb harp
The 3 draw whole step on a C harp is the same as 4 blow of an A harp
Etc.
You can also play the notes on the same harp an octave higher to get some of these but that might be more useful as general ear training than at the stage of trying to just hear the bent notes and relate to the timbre.
If you've only got one harp though...I think I'd get a guitar tuner and also just start investigating ways to train your ear.

I would say your best bet is either find a video where someone shows you the sound. And just keep rewinding it. Or try a key board.

You can also download a bendometer app so you can see what your actualy playing.

I'm not sure how well they work, but it should help

Thanks to you both...i do have the Harp Ninja but wanted that continuous sound to get it in my head and mimic it as it's being played without continually rewinding.

A keyboard is your best option, by far. Find the pitch you want and match it. Excellent ear training.
