Some changes in my services:

1) First of all, I would like to announce that I work with Slava Vinogradov and Boris Plotnikov. Now you have a unique chance to buy instruments made by those outstanding masters.

2) No brass orders. If you want me to work on your instruments, you need to go for steel reeds. Slava and Boris work with brass.

3) No richter overblow setup. Overblow setup is an option only for alt. tunings. Slava and Boris do richter overblow setup.

Didn't mean to bump this up. (There are some new restrictions on post lengths I was trying to work around). But, since I did bump it up, anyone got anyone to add to the list?

You should definitely add Greg Jones at www.1623customharmonicas.com

He's a good guy and does good work.

I definitely work on chromatics--and am back at Suzuki US (but not there much--I work fast!).
Thanks for including me in the list of hyperlinks.
You guys are a bunch of swell fellows.

I think I lost a few names. I had to restore the list when the server dumped posts over a certain character length. I used the Wayback Machine, but it hadn't updated in months. It's actually right at near the maximum right now, which is why I reposted it on the second page without the thread introduction- it was chopping things off when I tried to add to it. I'll fix that by turning it into a PDF.

Slim, I just put out feelers on a couple other harp sites. My goal is to have as comprehensive a list of harmonica related customization options as possible- harps, cases, mics, amps and any other bling. The site is fighting me a bit with it right now, but I've got workarounds planned. If there is interest I'll include other things- tutors, albums, apps, other useful sites... I like lists! My goal isn't to review things, but to at least make it easy to browse through things.

Harmonicanick, there is a funny thing with search engines- they seem to be kind of ethnocentric. I discovered this once when I made a list of all the words I could find for harmonica. Cutting and pasting words from different languages into YouTube's search engine, for instance, returned entirely different lists of videos. Even other English language sites seem to score lower down in searches than the 'Merican sites. I had stumbled on Ben H. before. I knew he did YouTube lessons, but I didn't know he customized. :)

(Oh, I did have Henry Slim on there, just alphabetized funny because I did it by the site name instead of last name.) :)

Nate....It seems that "Dude Harps" link is invalid....Too bad I bought my first two customized harps from him and still have them.

Any room for my name on the list?

You can put me a the top (Andrew) or at the bottom (Zajac). I'd be happy either way!
