I've had a Hering low C for about 10 years. Finally had a couple of reeds replaced a few months ago. Good Low C harp.
I bought a lot of the Vintage 1923's for about a year. Nice look and heft but the reeds were very soft and blew out very easily.

Good luck and have fun with that harp!

Big band stuff works well with that tuning.
Will Galison uses it upon occasion.
I like bebop--you are close, it has a Bb instead of an A on hole 4 blow.
