Just wanted to share this news with any other Paul Butterfield-fans who might be around.

As some might already be aware of, there's been a Butterfield documentary around on filmfestivals for a while, trying to find distribution. I've been holding my breath here in Denmark, hoping that it would, so I could get to see (and HEAR) even more of Paul Butterfield's sincere harp-playing.

Looks like it has finally happened! https://variety.com/2018/film/news/paul-butterfield-documentary-horn-from-the-heart-abramorama-1202853122/

Any other fans out there? Even better: anybody who has seen the film?

I await this film eagerly. Seeing Butterfield was one of those fabled life changing moments for me. It sounds splendid from what I've read so far.

Horn From The Heart played at the 2017 Newport Film Festival in SoCal. It’s great. Not a happy ending though. Kind of a real life Crazy Heart. The book, not the movie.
