Hi,
I-m looking for a good harmonica amp with line out. Something under 12Kg around 10/15watt. Some possibilities are:
HarpGear double trouble.
LW HarpTrain 10
Fender SUper Champ x2: some harmonica player speak very well about this amp for harp replacing the original cone with a good harp cone (i.e. lil buddy).
Do you have some other advise?
Thanks, bye

Of those three choices my money would be spent on the HarpGear Double Trouble without a seconds hesitation. Great little amp.

Double Trouble for sure. I could always get a fat thick tone from my DT's. I had two, one with Weber speakers, one with Jensen P8R reissues, IMO, the Jensens were better, but not by much. Its crazy loud for a twin 8 amp.

Fox You’re asking about an amp with a line out. Not all line outs are created equal.
I have lined out my Harp Train 10 and maintains the great sound of the amp ( I swapped the 12ax7 tube for a 12ay7 which solved a feedback issue I had with a JT30 mic).
I also have a Super Champ XD ( not the X2) with a Li’l Buddy speaker which has great sound but I haven’t lined it out.
But my favorite lined out amp is the new Stage 5 amp developed by Bruce Collins, of Mission Amps, and Rick Davis of Memphis amps. And starting at $280 with a line out option, it’s a great buy. stage5amps.com

Hi,
I've evaluated the Stage 5. Unfortunately the shipment for EU cost 150 bucks on 299 for amp...plus customs tax, so the price is a lot higher compared to the original amp price...

Dox , I am sure you know that a headphone jack acts like a lineout on most amps.
