Could someone give me some tips on what Junior is doing in the first part of the solo that begins around 45 seconds in.

Draw bend 4 and while "releasing the bend" hold the "4/5 draw"
while saying [do da lat-ta dita dita about 7 times fast]--

Say [do da lat-ta dita dita] as practice and feel what yr mouth n tongue r doing---
try doing [do da lat-ta dita dita] on just the [draw 45] and other draw notes

he's doing it over the first 4 measures of the [I chord]
45 draw in cross harp is the 5 and b7 of the "I Chord" it may work over 4 and 5 chord as well--I d have to check

try doing [draw bend 2 and 3] with [do da lat-ta dita dita] as well over the chord changes

I think its same kinda deal in whammer Jammer harp solo at 2:12 at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLD_Lv98Yyc
This triple tounge deal is worth learning.

I think [do-da-la di-ta-la] works over magic dicks

What Magic Dick is doing on Whammer Jammer is NOT the same as what Junior Wells is doing at all. What Dick is doing is more like the way Sonny Terry does it with the tongue beating off the palate at a rapid pace.

I need to remember how to post and hope this helps—pick it apart I don’t care

Done using Audacity-----Transcribe slow downer----Mixcraft 8
Hope it helps

I was wrong as pointed out by BBQ bob
I moved both songs and or licks to the key of A [D harp both songs ] easier to compare
Also slowed down

On messin with the kid [now in A] its over the first 4 measures of the I chord

Magic dicks deal is on the [9th and 10th measure on the turn]

------------

Magic dicks [9th -12 bar go around]

BBQ bob who is right “ tongue beating off the palate at a rapid pace”

I chord [he yells] [//// //// //// //// ] measures 1-4
-------
IV chord [ hes playing harp] [//// ////] measures 5-6
-------
I chord [hes playing] [ //// ////] measures 7-8

-------------------------------
On the turn
His “whatever lick u choose to call It’
V chord [////]
Iv chord [////] measures 9 and 10

--------------
I chord drums only [ //// ////] measures 11 and 12
--------

Here is my stupid thing not perfect pick it apart---hope it helps—
I learned somthin --so im happy

Little Walter also does a thing similar to what Dick is doing on two Jimmy Rogers classics:

Listen to one of his solos here on Act Like You Love Me:

Now listen to his comping lines on Chicago Bound:
