Thanks, folks. My spirit is undimmed, but my left knee could be better. Still, I was able to run 40 miles last week--my established benchmark for solid training--and finish with 12 on Sunday, the last six of which averaged about 8:30 pace. I ain't dead yet. I'm just 60 years down the pike.
