Is there a D/G harmonica I could play in a holder?
One harmonica to rule them all.
Combining two keys with one set of mouth holes.
Maybe a 12 hole solo tuning.
The D preferably low D octave.
I have a Tombo Band.Sounds great for Irish tunes in its tremolo tuning but it’s long.
Playing it in my new Hohner reflex holder,
I look like someone in an orthopaedic device at Wimbledon.
I’m a one man band playing in the County Kilburn area.

Seydel has one called the sampler looks like a chromatic but the button changes the key, don't know if it will fit a holder though.
Also check out Brendan Powers site, he has stuff for that.

Could you simply put two harps in the holder, side by side?

Check out Brendan Power's little thingy... oh what is the name of it. It's a mouthpiece with a button, so it looks a bit like a chromatic, but it actually holds two diatonic harmonicas. He actually has a demonstration on YouTube where he uses it specifically for Irish stuff. (You can also use two adjacent keys to play fully chromatically.)

It sounds like exactly what you need.
