Victor is an amazing player. I played a few days with him last year as part of the first European Harp Attack festival in Barcelona. Great guy too.
This Sonny Terry stuff has never been my thing but I do appreciate the style. However, Victor not only plays this and Catalan songs, he is also a great player in the style of Kim Wilson. In fact, he can play many Styles and is virtuous in all of them. If you get a chance, make sure you catch up with him. He has just brought out his second CD with his own band The Mellow Tones. R
