I believe that it is Ross Garren playing Harmonetta accompaniment with Chelsea Williams.

Harmonetta is a really odd instrument that allows you to play a wide variety of chords. They are no longer made, but George Miklas will repair them. Gnarly has one, so does Michael Rubin. Winslow seems to know a lot about them...

Here is a clip I found of some Harmonetta in jazz that really displays chordal possibilities. I was not at this event. Jimi Lee plays great jazz diatonic with Bob Herndon on Harmonetta, and Jimmy Lohman on chromatic.

I started a Facebook page for this instrument--
https://www.facebook.com/groups/320029845091352/
The one I performed on at SPAH was borrowed from Steve Watne, Steve and I played the tune Valsentino, along with Mike Runyan on bass.
I decided not to continue to pursue mastery of this instrument--it's great, but I have other stuff I should be doing.
So I don't own one! But will accept all offers, if a gig comes up.
See how I am . . .
