This is a link to a FB vid of tune from a jam I played at on Thursday. I was fooling around in the high register between tunes and the jammers started to vamp on it. Then it morphed into a weird off the cuff version of GOT MY MOJO WORKING. If anyone knows how to actually post a vid from FB, tell me how and I'll do it.

That didn't work either. Maybe t's only visible to friends of that FB page/person?

Try clicking on the video so it opens up to he whole page. Up in the right hand corner are 3 dots. Click on there and see if you can get an embed code

Can't get an embed command or code to appear. I believe there IS a way to do that, but I don't know how.

Usually when you click on the video it opens it up bigger. Up in the right corner I usually see 3 small dots and if I click on it it gives options. Maybe something different is going on here. I'm not that up to snuff on this techno stuff either. But before I posted the instructions I tried it with a FB video and it worked (then I deleted the test post). Sometimes there's an embed feature at the bottom also if you click on options. Using half of the link you provided I was able to get to the Video section of that FB page and there was only one video there (of a band) and it was from May.

Well, I'm trying to do this on my iPhone. Maybe if I was using a computer it would be doable.

Make sure it's set to public. In my experience it's usually easier to share from YouTube than FB. FB can trip you up with public settings easier.

It looks as though all those links are only available to your FB friends.

Hey there,

I ran into something similar a while back - I suspect what's happened is that you uploaded the video to your timeline, which is shared only with your "facebook friends", then you shared a link to that with the share button. So the overall effect is to share a link that is private on your timeline.

I think you'd have to re-post the video and set the audience to "public: anyone on or off facebook".

Good luck!

there is this amazing new software called you tube..... you should check it out.
you can post video's that everyone can see. pretty easy to use as well.

with the time spent already on facebook you could have posted 10 videos on you tube

Yeah, well I didn't take the video. The keyboard player's girlfriend posted it it live on FB. Anyway, there's apparently a download command on FB that I can't access with my iPhone. I don't have a computer where I am right now, but I'll try it when I can access one.

Thanks for the advice.
