This player's name has come up once or twice, in passing, but never in a dedicated thread. I really like what I hear in the clip below, starting at the 9:00 point:

'Fess is a great guy and terrific blues harpist/vocals. I had the pleasure of playing with him at blues harp show and delivered the goods. He plays thru a Quilter Micropro 200, and makes it work .
