SuperBee 4759 posts Jun 27, 2017 12:11 AM	Can you name records where Rice Miller played an A harp? I can name 2 Bring it on home Dust my broom (king biscuit time album) Seems to me he most commonly played an F harp or a C harp, at least on records. In fact it may be that he is the player who has recorded the most tracks using an F harp. Any other candidates?

WinslowYerxa 1354 posts Jun 27, 2017 8:35 AM	He used the whole range of harp keys, from a low C (Bye Bye Bird), a Low D (on his live European stuff, including Bye Bye Bird), G (Your Funeral and My Trial), Bb (Help Me, Close to ), D (The Goat, Trying to Get Back on my Feet Again), and sounded great on all of them. I agree, he was a frequent user of F-harp, something that more recent players seem to avoid.
