Hi all,
I had the pleasure to be present for yesterday's Spring Harp Fest in La Mesa California--I worked the Suzuki booth, lots of interest in our pretty and easy to play harps. Got quite a few folks wondered what the hell the double harp next to me was--it's a Brendan Power Twin Harmonica with a Chord 56 and a 14 hole Sirius chromatic united on a single mouthpiece (with three slides!).
Nice to see lots of old friends, the music was great, and I got up to play on the last number of the night (the "Headcutters jam", everybody played nice).
It was a beautiful day, if long (I was there 9 am to close to 7 pm). Special thanks to my buddy Daron Stinton and his wife Amy for the burgers and sausages that kept the ball rolling.
Here's a video of me looping with the Twin.
