Please tell me I'm not the only one listening to this kickass album (http://www.rolyplatt.com/buy-blues-harmonica-artist). Anyone else?

It's fantastic.

Little known fact: Roly was influenced by David Burgin (among others). Carlos Del Junco was influenced by both David Burgin and Roly (among others). You can hear many similarities in their playing.

Thanks for the info Andrew. I'm gonna look up David Burgin. It might just be my naive ears but I think I hear some Jason Ricci influence too.

There's definitely 5 tracks that really get me going. I like Rippin it Up. Super fun song. I love the lyrics. Can't wait to host him here for the 3rd year in a row at our Harmonica Retreat. He's totally down to earth and a fine teacher.

Definitely not the only one listening!
Inside Out and another album Roly did with Wayne Buttery-"Tangled Roots".
My best attempt at describing Roly's playing in one word: Gorgeous!
