I was at an annual, Friday after Turkey Day, pickin' party last night. A predominantly bluegrass and, later into the night, jazz affair and someone walked in with this young man..,
I was talking to him before someone loaned him a violin and he expressed concern about fitting in. Something about the limits of his classical training, or some such nonsense.
It was a treat.
