What's happening yall? Been Reading this forum for a lil while now. You guys have helped me out quite a bit. Thanks. And i want to Thank Adam Gussow for all his help.

Now to the point. After i started learning full blues songs and playing them well ... i started looking for an amp mic set up. I know it's a bit early for me to try to play amped as i havent been playing long but ... on some peoples advice i got a red howler mic and a mustang 1 v2.

Now the question is .... what's the general consensus on this amp? And what settings and effects should i use? I'm really not even sure what sound I'm looking for. I like sonny boys clean sound ... but even it has a bit of reverb on it i cant seem to match. I also like the chicago little walter sound. It seems that with the fender fuse program you can really do alot. Should i keep this amp or get a cheap tube amp. Like a vht special 6? I just don't want to tie a bunch of money up in pedals and whatnot before i know which direction im going. I know it's alot of questions all at once. Basically i want to know if i should keep the amp ... and if so how to best set it up for harp. Clean settings as well as Crunchy. Thanks for the help.

Also i was a sound and lighting tech for a few years when i was younger. So im familiar with effects and i have a good ear for tone. I am just 100% new to amps. Only time i ever touched one was to mic it. So feel free to school me.

Sorry I finally found the search function. I couldn't find it on the mobile site. I knew this topic had more than likely been beat into the ground. Still wouldn't mind any input i could get.

Thanks
