This is great, Boris! I strongly encourage MBH members and friends to spread word of this tour and to attend your live shows. Thanks for coming all the way to America and sharing your music with us.
The Iceman Yes, every organizer wish us to play friday, saturday and sunday. Its ok for touring artist. Once I had 6 gigs every day different cities. ---------- Excuse my bad English. My videos.
You gotta see these guys. A great show unlike anything else you've seen. Trust me. ---------- *************************************************** /Greg
Boris and Mikhail really turned some heads at SPAH. Original music, lightning fast chops, unique use of electronics, overflowing energy and enthusiasm all take you on a musical voyage directly to their homeland.
I second what Greg and Michelle said. Boris and Mikhail are a great team. Their act is high energy and original. Great music. Boris uses some very unique effects to add rhythm and texture to his music and he jumps around the stage like his feet are on fire. Go see these guys if you can. ---------- Tom Halchak www.BlueMoonHarmonicas.com
The performance at the Pre-SPAH International Blues Blowoff was outstanding. Boris is taking harp to new places. The duo puts on a powerful musical show, and Boris's command of harmonica and use of effects is extraordinary.
The workshop on keeping our playing interesting was extremely good and packed with information. Boris could easily have explored the material more extensively and done 2 or 3 different sessions on the topic. As it was, he ran out of time. Boris is not only a good harmonica player, he is a highly talented musician with a deep understanding of the music he makes and how to keep the interest of the audience.
Boris, I hope that your tour goes well. I really enjoyed hearing your duo play at the Blowoff and the seminar, and I enjoyed meeting you. I really enjoyed your playing during the final hallway jam on Saturday night! ----------
