Two days ago all my gear was stolen https://www.facebook.com/elkcreekmusic/posts/460152320822785 I’m starting to rebuild my collection and I desperately need a large gig case that can hold all my harps and mics. The only cases I’ve seen that really meet my needs are the cases made by Slim’s Custom Cases, but I’ve heard terrible things about ordering through them. So my question is. Do any of you know of someone selling a custom case or of someone who is making custom cases? Thank you.

wow - sorry to hear about your loss.

check out bluexlab.com - not custom, but some nice tweed cases.

SLIMS CUSTOM CASES IS OUT OF BUISNESS and it left a bad taste in a few mouths around here including mine many people preorder cases up front and not only are we not getting any cases back we wont get our money back either. best bet is to try and design your own.
I would try modifying a gun case with some custom foam or even a large travel case on wheels that you can use at airports. That is what I am trying to do now

Looks like the guy at Bluexlab has put some thought into his universal cases. Another fix might be a vintage trumpet case. I repurposed a vintage leather bound clarinet case for my harps but I think you carry a lot more gear than I do. If you have a local band instrument repair facility they might have some old cases that were traded in because some band kid didn't want to be seen with an old-fashioned case.

On FaceBook there are several harmonica sites.
I have been seeing a few posts where one can get custom made foam.
You supply the case and give them the dimensions and layout.
