For anyone intrested in the legend of Robert Johnson listen to this

RadioLab Crossroad Blues

It's Produced by RadioLab in 2012. (on a side note if you haven't listened to RadioLab you should. They produce some of best non-music content anywhere)

Does anyone else have more information than what is covered in this show?
Hope you enjoy
Chris

I gave a lecture about the devil and the blues at UNC Chapel Hill four years ago and it has some stuff about Johnson:

Adam Gussow - The Devil and the Blues (3/15/11) from CSAS on Vimeo.

If you scroll through this Facebook conversation and open up the various posts, you'll learn a heck of a lot from Elijah Wald and Bruce Conforth, both of whom are as the top of the Robert Johnson scholarly heap.

Fascinating lecture Adam. I love to watch CSPAN3 on the weekends which has a variety of American History programs including talks to groups similar to this, or even in college classrooms. I'll bet this talk would be of interest to them (that is, if you were looking to have it seen by a wider audience). At any rate, really interesting and well put together. Rich
