Started to post this as an example of harmonica with effect that actually works with the production. It's also one of my favorite songs and a staple in my wedding set like forever. But then I started to wonder if it might actually be a very good synth sound but no, I think it's harmonica put through the mill. Great tune and a neat video anyway.

It's Huey Lewis on harmonica. Lewis produced the album The Rose of England which contains this song.

Went and listened again right after the post and it was obviously harp. I should have guessed Huey Lewis. He played on Dave Edmund's Bad is Bad and of course Edmunds covered I Knew the Bride as well.
