Anyone have a link or suggestions for some solo harp songs along the lines of Bye Bye Bird, Another man done gone etc..
There was a thread on this subject not too long ago,but I cant find it.

Bonny B is an excellent singer and harper. I like his stuff. If you don't sing, maybe it is time to start...

Watermelon Slim does one called Jimmy Bell.
Gindick has an instructional CD out doing Robert Johnson songs.

This is a subject that has always interested me. Probably because I never have much of an opportunity to play with other people. Anyway here are some artist that I have found that do some good solo harp work.
Dr. Gussow with his kick and stomp album
Keith Dunn
Son of Dave
Brandon Bailey
Dave Ferguson
And as previously mentioned Sonny Terry
And actucally bonnyb is new to me but after listen to some songs it sounds like he has some fantastic solo stufff. I need to give him some study for sure.
