Just wondering if anyone's done some experimenting with delay pedals or other pedals. This song is with an Eventide Delay Factor and a pitch shifter. I really like the sound of the harmonica with some long delay, and for some reason it seems to be an unusual combo. Let me know what you think.

Not TERRIBLY wild about that song... but I use a Boss DD6 delay pedal and there's a "warp" function that produces a very similar effect. I only use it on two of the songs that my band plays. It's fun to experiment with because you never know what you might stumble on. It can get out of hand and annoying to others though. Remember, with great power comes great responsibility...

I had an Eventide Pitchfactor, which was pretty insane. I use Shimmer, Ice Delay, Delay with Mod, and a Space effect. I downsized from several pedals to the Zoom MS 100-BT.

I play dry to the PA through an EP Booster most the time, but kick on various delays on occassion.

Sorry, not my cup of tea. I do use an Arion SAD-1 mostly as slapback, just to thicken the tone a little. Seldom use repeats. Do run stereo out to 2 amps at times, that is sweet IMO. Usually shut off the delay for leads...BN

I use an analog delay mostly for a slapback sound, but sometimes I like to use it for a "call-response" effect on live performances, like Gonzalo Araya here:

Other funny thing to do is turning mix and repeats all the way up and keep the time knob all the way down, so it makes an atmosphere of short repeats. Then you slowly turn up the speed knob and you create a "slide out" effect :P
