Firstly I wish to apologise to the site administrator that this thread has breached any guidelines. It was never my intention to do so, just simply to make people aware of bad trading practise.

However, as you have invited Slim to respond to the thread, I feel that it is only fair that I am allowed to put forward a response to his accusations as I have court documentation and copy emails that totally contradict his comments and explanations.

As you have now closed the thread, I am unable to do so.
I would appreciate your go ahead to do this and make a final post.

Oh God, please go away....

I don't like the smell of your dirty laundry... You said your piece...

Start your own website and whine all you want...

And then have Slim starts a thread with a final post and you respond to his "final" post and then he responds to your response to his response...

I'm betting the answer is a resounding "No!"

You should probably write to Adam at his email address if you want to appeal his decision.

The answer is no. Please drop the issue, poitou, or I will delete your forum membership. I've allowed you to do something that has never happened on this forum: show up and, in your very first post, blast the professional reputation of an important harmonica industry merchant. This forum is a clearinghouse for information, including, on occasion, information about merchants who have disappointed our members. This forum is NOT a shooting range in which somebody we don't know can just come and dump. I allowed you to do that; I gave you free play. The merchant has now responded. The issue is closed. With all due respect, please take your complaint to another forum.
