Technology allows me to record on my PC with minimum additional equipment. I am on a business trip to Shenzhen and I had some time to record this unaccompanied improvisation.

It is not exactly blues, I was wondering what genre you might call it. I was also wondering if I had inadvertently copied a tune I may have heard somewhere before. How does one go about determining if something is truly original?

Yep, that article rings pretty true. I picked up a "Shenzhen Pirate" microphone for about $32. In another area I picked up a Hulusi. For which I already have Pat Missin's instructional book. Perhaps I will put the two together and post something.
