I'd like to see someone try this with a harp, I think it'd be interesting...but very difficult! Might not be possible to do it to the same degree, but I wouldn't know.

Nibiria, there are guys out there doing it!
Some of them are just doing the beatboxing with harp, others adding loop pedals to the mix. You can Google Beatbox harmonica or harpboxing and should get some results. In particular, Son of Dave and Brandon Bailey (Brandon is a forum member from way back, he still stops by from time to time). Brendan Powers has at least one video where he does it too. Again, he uses a loop pedal on top of it.

Nathan "Flutebox" Lee is my favorite fluteboxer, i think. At 12:30 of this video, he does a killer duet with the british beatboxer Beardyman:
