OK! My come-on was harsh but this is Amy without the dead end. Vocals are cool, harmony is felt.

Whew! That lead singer, Rachel Price, has one of those stop-you-dead-in-the-middle-of-the-street voices. The last time I had that feeling was hearing Norah Jones sing "I Don't Know Why." She's clearly at that exalted end of the jazz vocalist spectrum.

Great find!

Saw Norahs vid on TV, bought it immediately and was not disappointed... the whole CD is excellent - She ended up winning a crap load of awards for it...Rachel is very, very intriguing too :)

Samething when I saw this... whole CD is excellent

And this... whole CD is excellent

My wife is an excellent singer and just smiled as I had her listen to the first vid Rachel Price - she was patting her chest saying oohhh I can feel her soul :)

adam posted the cheek to cheek vid on his facebook and someone commented she has tone issues..

but i think she sings very slightly flat to great effect, it jars your ear a little.. or maybe that is just the way i hear it. the best part is when her voice breaks just a little bit

Keith Richards really really pushes that being out of tune on purpose thing and it sounds cool to me....sorta like the blue third on every note or the opposite of tuning to 442

I hear what the guy is saying about Cheek to Cheek. No big. Love the scat.

EDIT: Added Cheek to Cheek video that I listened to.
