For those that don't know, Paul was Muddy Water's harp man 67'-72', joined the band when he was 17 .. interesting read below ..

Oscher is insanely good. The first time I heard him play bass harmonica it literally rattled the windows.

For those who may not know, he usually plays solo, putting on a great show playing harmonica on a rack with a wireless system through a array of pedals and some primo vintage amps while channeling Muddy on guitar. He's also an excellent piano player. Considering he lived in Muddy Waters house sharing the basement with Otis Spann that comes as not too much of a surprise. Has a nice line in stories and quips as well. Man puts on a hell of a show and should not be missed if he ever comes to your neighborhood.

Currently he is being backed in town by the super good young guns, Mike Keller - guitar, Johnny Moller - drums, and the great Sarah Brown on bass.

Pretty sure the drummer is Jason Moeller. Johnny plays guitar, although maybe not with Paul.

On the Live At Mister Kelly's LP he did while he was with Muddy, he was using a melodica on that tune.

I stand corrected Michael. I seem to have an issue with remembering names correctly. Brings to mind working a nursing home and while setting up one dear lady kept asking me what I was doing but didn't seem to comprehend. Finally I asked, "Do you know who I am?" To which she replied, "No, but if you ask the nurse she'll tell you."
