It's a pleasure to be here and see that this wonderful instrument is alive and way beyond well. I've breathed through reeds many times over in my what now seems like a previous life. Playing in a struggling Blues band in Germany some 30 years or so ago, it always seemed like an uphill battle. The harp was a cheap pocket instrument not taken too seriously by your everyday untrained ear and it was as much of a subculture as any. Recently I've picked up my old briefcase full of harps and brushed off my amps. Wiped down my mics and joined this forum. It truly is a pleasure to be somewhat back. -Or at least feel like I may slowly crawl my way back. In the meantime, I'll continue to enjoy the great info one can find on this forum and once in a while put my two-cents in for what little they may be worth.

Pleasure to type with some/all of you and thank you for having me.
