Well, someone is on harp. Jagger does a little at the end, but it sounded like someone else was blowing at the start, unless it was a dubbed track.

Yeah, I heard some harp at the start...
I know Clapton is "God", but I find him either boring (adult contemporary easy listening) or he's just over doing it with his soloing. The fuck is he trying to say here? It's supposed to be a slow, sexy song.
Would have loved a solo from Mick Taylor.
