I like that. It sounds like Jimmy Riddle playing. ---------- Wisdom does not always come with old age. Sometimes old age arrives alone.

Sounds like something Corky Siegel or perhaps Boris Plotkinov would do.I love pieces with a style range like this. There should be more work for harminica and full orchestra. This made me think of
Deford Bailey Henry Mancini Igor Stravinski Aaron Copland Ralph Vaughan Williams Ira Gershwin
The name Russo caught my attention because my brass quintet plays something called the Russo Stomp, which turns out to be nothing like the above piece. I little research showed me the brass piece is based on a theme by Darren Russo, not William Russo.

Rbeetsme tells us it's Corky Siegel.
This reminds me of a tape someone made me of classical musicians playing blues progressions and licks while backing a harp player. Wish I could find it and knew who it was.
This makes me want to listen to Corky more. I really like his use of quartertones and his vibrato and just his sense of music as sound instead of notes.
However, as much as I like the idea of these two worlds colliding, I don't feel it works here. The harp is cool by itself. The classical would probably be cool backing up another harp player. But the two together don't work for me. Just my opinion.
