I usually just run a couple of scales, some bends and a couple of riffs. Maybe a minute or so at most. Signing wise I tend to just sing little phrases all day long, so I don't really tend to warm up much with that either. Mostly I just tend to relax as much as possible before going on.

If I have time first I get lowest harp I have near and play chord breathing patterns (chugging) using different breathing techniques (belly breathing and lower rib breathing) and different overtones.
Than I play some linear excercises and diatonic scales
Than I get medium pithed harp and play more scales in all keys.

Half an hour is perfect. More is too much. But if I have extra time it's really useful to sing some vocal excercises, although I don't sing.
