Hawkeye, A while back I asked for a speaker recommendation for my Super Princeton. I was looking for a good companion for a Eminence Ragin Cajun. You recommended a Eminence Copperhead. I tore the amp down and made a 2x10 baffle. Did a couple of circuit tweeks and installed the speakers. Tim, I must say, you nailed it! This is by far the best this amp has ever sounded. I have been messing with this for 5 yrs trying different speaker and circuit setups. Played this at a jam last nite. Big soft room w/ excellent musicians using big amps. Loud but not painful. Every player commented on the tone. Huge, well balanced, fat tone! Thanks Tim...BN

Good to hear it proved to be a winner Goose! Truth be told, I just took possession of an old Silvertone organ with a push-pull EL84 amp inside of it. Mark (5F6H) has been giving me some pointers to rebuild the chassis into something harp friendly. Initially I was thinking I'd build it into a 1X10 combo, but the way things look now, I'm probably going to put her in a PA style head cabinet and build a 2X10 speaker cab to go with it. I may go with the Buddy/Copperhead myself!

Just outta curiosity, and if I missed it in the previous thread I apologize, but what exactly is different about your amp from a BF Princeton?

I would love to do that but I don't know how. I have a sound cloud thing but forgot how to work it. Besides, you have to have sound cloud to hear it I think??

@Barley

No, you can upload sound to your soundcloud, and then get a code to embed a specific track in a forum for all to hear. Or you could record a video and upload it to youtube.

Barley, if you have a video or audio recording you can email it to me... I'll but it up here and at the Blues Harp Amps Blog. Tim could help as well. We'd all like to hear that bad boy amp.
